1. To achieve minimum of 80% Customer Satisfaction during the period 2010 - 2011.
2. To complete the projects in a stipulated schedule thereby to reduce minimum of 2% of the
     total time during the period 2010 -2011.
3. To complete the project without Lost Time Injury (LTI) in all the Projects during the year 2010 - 2011.
4. To provide minimum 48 Hrs Training to all our Site Employees in the year 2010-2011.
